Foster Walk

Join our fostering team for a walk during this year’s Foster Care Fortnight. It’s a great chance to learn about fostering in Warwickshire and connect with others who want to make a difference.

Join a Warwickshire Country Parks ranger for a lovely guided walk at Pooley Country Park. Children can take part in the Child Friendly Warwickshire Trail as they go, looking out for colourful bear paws and clues to complete a hidden word. Participants of all ages can enjoy hearing from our ranger about the park's fascinating heritage, as well as getting to know some of the varied wildlife found on site. This walk is a 2km walk on surfaced paths.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet our dedicated fostering team and skilled foster carers while enjoying some fresh air and informal conversations.
